I have pioneered several flaking moves and triX that have given me a certain "status" amongst my fellow flakers over the years. First there were straight lines, and then the Star Flake. After learning Negative flipping I discovered the Nova and Zooming Star flakes. Double Novas and Pinwheels were soon to follow, but my own personal favorite and true "claim to fame" is the mysterious Grid Flake.
Part of the beauty of a Grid is that when you start one, you rarely have any idea what the finished product will look like. It's sort of a combination of the creator's imagination and the program's limitations, which is about as close as one can actually get to becoming a part of the Snowdays program itself!
Oh
yes, it's freaky, it's bizarre, it's magic, and it's beautiful.
It'll "wow" the masses and it'll "wow" you at the same time! It's
the Grid Flake, and once you have mastered it you are a true Grand Master
flaker. If you have honestly finished all the stages before this
one, the Grid shouldn't be TOO much more trouble to learn. You have
learned the Tips'n'TriX in the order that I did, and the natural progression
should take you directly to "Gridology"! Don't be surprised if these
flakes take 15 minutes or more to make. They're not easy, but they
ARE worth it!
Read AND perform the various Tips'n'Trix located above in Gridology 101. After doing so, you are a Grand Master flaker that'll be limited only by your imagination and the Snowdays program. You can "miX'n'match" the various triX learned earlier in the flaking course and come up with new and "x"citing things of you own. Who knows, one day soon you may find your OWN Tips'n'Trix located within the pages of MisterX.ca!
You can also go to my COMPLETE LIBRARY and will understand EVERYTHING described there.
ThanX for your participation and interest, and CONGRATULATIONS to you! Now go make a snowflake and show off your "Grand Mastership"!
