I am rather embarrassed to admit that, at the time of posting these instructions, I have had them in my possession for over 2 months! I hope ALL flakers will try to keep in mind that I do my best to post the new techniXes as soon as possible, but often am not able to do so as soon as I, (and you), would like me to. This is due to, (mainly), my own addiction to flaking & trying to advertise MisterX.ca to new flakers and get "the word out", (and them addicted also!). Not to mention, I also have a REAL life that often takes up my time, as well as the fact that these pages TAKE TIME to create!
That being said, some things are definitely WORTH the wait!
Stella's awesome "Lattice Flakes" are one of those things. These are very much like my basic original Grid Flake, however Stella puts a kewl new "groove" into the creation process that'll make for a very different unfolding! I scrutinized these flakes and couldn't quite put my finger on what she was doing to achieve this effect. I invited her to share the technique with us all, and she readily agreed and sent out the instructions almost immediately. I wish to apologize to poor Stella for the "x"treme patience she must have with me! Normally, it wouldn't take me this long to post new instructions. Please know that it was "out of my hands" and I am delighted to FINALLY bring these WONDERFUL instructions and diagrams to the "masses"!
PLEASE
NOTE:
THESE ARE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS SENT TO ME. THEY
HAVE BEEN RESIZED AND MADE NEGATIVE TO FIT WITH THE "THEME" OF THIS SITE,
HOWEVER,
IF YOU ARE AT THE POINT WHERE YOU CAN MAKE THESE FLAKES, VIEWING NEGATIVE
INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD NOT POSE A PROBLEM FOR YOU!
Many thanX to Stella for these SUPERB and easy to understand instructions & diagrams! - X - (OCT.12th/06)
