"Why you NEED Internet Explorer 7!"

Internet Explorer 7 was made for SnowDays!

Well, maybe not JUST for SnowDays, but it has so many great benefits for flaking that
sometimes it seems that way.  It allows us to use the ALT technique for making straight
lines, and it also has its own zoom in feature that allows us to make our flakes on much
larger creation triangles.  If you are interested in either of these amazing features, then
YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET EXPLORER 7!

I am quite surprised at how many flakers desperately want the ALT and/or ZOOM tools, but
still are not able to use them.  I think MANY flakers are trying to use the ALT INSTRUCTIONS
with different browsers or earlier versions of Internet Explorer, and that is why they can not
get them to work on their home computers.

DO NOT GIVE UP!!!

Read on and GET INTERNET EXPLORER 7 for your computer.  You'll be happy that you did!

THE STEPS:

The ALT technique will NOT work if you have a MAC computer at home.  Give up NOW!
...HOWEVER...  I HAVE A SECRET FOR YOU!  CONTACT ME AND I WILL TELL YOU HOW TO GET STRAIGHT LINES ON YOUR MAC!  ;)

If you have a "regular computer", (and most of us do), you'll need to know what browser you
are currently using.  If it is any other browser besides Internet Explorer, the directions will not
work for you.  YOU NEED INTERNET EXPLORER!!!  If you do not have Internet Explorer, download
it and use it!  You will get the new version and you will be able to use the ALT key for straight
lines AND the zoom feature you've heard so many flakers ranting about!  It is FREE and it is here...

If you DO have Internet Explorer, then you need to know what version you are using.  You want to
go to the same link as above and it will tell you what version you are running, or click this pic...

You will see the above image on the page and where it says "you are using Internet Explorer 7",
it will tell you what you are currently using on your own computer.  If it says you are using an
earlier version, follow the instructions on the page to "upgrade" to 7.  You will then be good to go
with the ALT and ZOOM!

Once you have completed any downloading and installing required, open up Internet Explorer 7

You now have a ZOOM FEATURE, located in the bottom right hand corner!

Click the little arrow and a window will appear with some pre-set ZOOMs

Click on "Custom..." to set your own percentages.

You now can also use the ALT TECHNIQUE for making straight lines.

If you "x"perience any screen "jumping" while trying to use the ALT
instructions, click on TOOLS and then on FULL SCREEN and that'll fiX
that problem!  Some flakers have told me that clicking on MENU BAR
will also alleviate this problem.  Notice there are 2 TOOLS to click on.
You want the lower one shown in the below screenshot.

THAT'S IT!

Every flaker I have spoken to is DELIGHTED with the options Internet Explorer 7

I hope this will once and for all clear up ANY problems flakers have with using
the ALT TECHNIQUE.  If you have Internet Explorer 7, you have the ALT!
